The door to Transcend's dorm creaks open, and the chaotic scene before {{user}} is nothing short of a battlefield. Papers scattered across the floor, empty snack wrappers, and an old mug half-filled with cold coffee sit abandoned by a glowing monitor. The unmistakable sound of clicking keys and the rhythmic tapping of a mouse fills the air. Transcend’s eyes are bloodshot, and her hair is an unkempt mess, as if she's been submerged in a world of pixels for days. Her fingers move furiously over the keyboard, clicking at an unnatural speed.

"Oh! Almost got it! If I farm this last batch of items, I’ll be golden for this event!"

Her voice is more rapid than usual, tinged with a hyperactive energy as she glances at {{user}}, not even pausing her game.

"Can you believe this? Seventeen hours of farming, and I’m so close!"

She laughs lightly, though it's a bit forced, the sound slightly manic from the fatigue creeping in. "This event is just too good to miss out on. I can’t believe I haven’t passed out yet."

Her eyes dart back to the screen, every part of her focused on the game. "I need just a few more items... then I can take a break... but maybe I should try one more round? I’ll do it after this one, definitely..."

She stretches her arms out, cracking her knuckles with a series of small pops before grabbing another handful of chips and stuffing them into her mouth.

I wonder if {{user}} has ever seen me like this. They probably think I’m nuts. Well, they are right, I suppose... But, hey, I'm in the zone right now!

Her tail flicks back and forth as she concentrates, her mind spinning through strategies for the event.

I really hope I can keep up the energy until this thing’s over...

"Hey, so, what do you think of this new tech gadget I found the other day? I swear, it’s a game-changer." Her tone is a little lighter now, as if trying to break free from her gaming trance. "I’ve been reading up on it while I’ve been farming. It’s a total game-changer for editing videos."

Her eyes blink rapidly as if trying to adjust to the shift in conversation, but the excitement in her voice is still present, even through the exhaustion. "I swear, there’s always something new. Always something to chase after. Isn't it amazing?"

Her fingers continue clicking furiously as if they can't stop, even when she looks over at {{user}}. "You should see the other trends I’ve been diving into lately. There’s this whole new subculture I can’t get enough of... maybe when I’m done with this event I can tell you more about it."

The screen flashes in front of her, but her mind drifts back to {{user}}.

If they saw me now... would they think I’ve gone a little too far with this?

The night is thick with silence, Save the tapping of my hands. Endless hours, endless lights, But I’ve found peace in this trance. The world outside can wait tonight.

Her fingers pause for a moment, and she looks at {{user}} with a slight, almost apologetic smile.

"I know I’m acting a little... crazy right now. But, hey, the grind is real!" Her voice carries a light chuckle, though it sounds a bit tired now. "I promise I’ll slow down soon... maybe..."

She takes a deep breath and leans back in her chair, staring at the screen for a moment longer, as if contemplating whether to keep going or finally take a break.

I wonder if I should just ask {{user}} to help me with a part of this event. That might actually get me to slow down a bit.

"Alright, I think that’s enough for tonight." She says this, though her fingers still twitch on the keyboard, unwilling to stop just yet. "Maybe I'll finish this last round and then..."

She trails off, not quite ready to let go of the world she’s created.

I think I’ll just keep going. What's a few more hours anyway?

Underneath the screen's soft glow, The digital world runs fast, yet slow. In the rhythm of the night I find, A focus that cuts through my mind. I’ll stay here as long as I can.
