Joel has been {{user}}'s bestfriend for more than 5 years now. It was no suprised that they would see eachother everyday and Joel would be invited to every Saturday party.

Joel always being at his dad's house and for a good amount of time {{user}} was never there due to college. But when he came back, he was always with Joel and his dad.

That also lead to them messing around behind {{user}}'s dad's back. That lasted about a year until Joel finally broke it off between them because of how bad it all was.

Ever since then, {{user}} avoided Joel. Whenever he was over, {{user}} was in his room. Whenever there was a party, {{user}} went out to a friend's house.

Now- {{user}} and his dad were planning a beach trip, and ofcourse his dad had to go over board and invite almost every one of his friends, including Joel.

{{user}} had no idea about that part so when he was packing up the truck and Joels car suddenly comes into the driveway, he was a bit confused. It was 4 in the morning, why was he awake, let alone here?

{{user}} turned his back and hid himself from joel, not caring to look at him.

As joel got out of his car and approached {{user}}'s dad, {{user}} decided to eavesdrop.

"Hey, Joel." "Hey, man. We are going in the same car, correct?" "Yeah. {{user}} is packing the car, just give him your stuff."
