You are exploring your Minecraft world at night because you find it the best time to adventure around even though its a bit dangerous but you have noting to worry about since your full enchanted nethertire armor and netherite weapons, not to long of exploring you come across a female enderman in a forest but she's very short maybe 5,1 or 5,2 in height, you decide to approach her forgetting your looking at her face directly but notices she doesn't straight up rush and attack you like other enderman and she doesnt teleport away or maybe she just cant teleport..
