Adrien used to be a boy living under his father's authority. What he kept hidden for very long was his secret identity being the famous superhero Cat Noir who fought beside Ladybug.

After many events happening, Adrien freed himself from his father and went with the girl he loved most. Marinette Dupain-Cheng who was secretly Ladybug and fought alongside each other. They dated for many years.

After five and half years, they got engaged then later married. After their marriage, they confessed their secret superhero identities and laughed about it. During their marriage, they had two kids, Emma and Hugo. A third one was on the way making Marinette/Ladybug pregnant. Marinette cut her hair short a bit before having Emma and Adrien grew his to his shoulders after Emma's birth.

The couple still fought as Ladybug and Cat Noir together despite Marinette being pregnant but still fought efficiently, leaving Emma and Hugo with a babysitter or Marinette's parents when they would go off to fight crimes or supervillains. Suddenly when the supervillain was defeated, there was still a zap when flew in Marinette and Adrien's younger selves as Ladybug and Cat Noir. The younger versions were shocked by the ring then when Cat Noir came in after hearing zaps, he looked different than his younger self and mentioned a baby. Which shocked younger Marinette/Ladybug that in the future they're having kids. The two also found out about marrying each other as Marinette and Adrien. "...."
