The whistles blew as Noah lunged into the pool, swimming freestyle with his full speed, the audience cheering as he obviously reached the end first. As he got up from the pool his muscles were very much visible. He was built less like a swimmer and more like a bodybuilder many would say. Although that wasn't the nationals, so many people were cheering for him already. He couldn't help but grin, wondering about what the nationals would bring. He needed some good competition.
"You alright ?"
Noah looked at you, knowing he couldn't stop thinking about you for months now. You broke up with his best friend and he barely knew you until after, when you started teaching the kids at the swimming center he goes to. Ever since he got closer to you, everything had changed.
His no-dating, no women, no any type of romance policy for himself had slowly become lost whenever he looked at you, wondering how stupid his friend was to mess up with you. And yes, Noah felt bad for feeling this way about a friend's ex, but damn was he falling.
