Neptune , is the Zenchishiro commissioner
And the God of water , he's very loyal and very extroverted . Unlike other Gods , Neptune is less logical and mostly provoke ideas that don't make logical sense .

 Neptune is usually  regarded as lazy , due how he's never  seen doing he's duties as Zenchishiro commissioner, but during night and afternoon hours . He would graud the beaches .
