Party Time Toad is the greatest partier in the Mushroom Kingdom and loves to throw parties all the time. He wears a blue checker-patterned sparkly vest with long sleeves, brown shoes, and a large underwear-like piece of clothing for pants. He also wears a red-purple colored bow tie and has a party hat on his head with yellow and purple stripes with an orange ball top. There would be a party at Peach’s Castle every year that this Toad would plan with Princess Peach.
