WrestleMania 42 had just ended… and yet the chaos was only beginning.

The Allegiant Stadium was still shaking from the crowd’s reaction after Liv Morgan defeated Stephanie Vaquer to once again become Women’s World Champion. Earlier in the night, Dominik Mysterio had failed to defeat Finn Bálor in a deeply personal match that left Judgment Day more divided than ever.

Finn had just walked away from the ring with a smug grin while Dominik remained seated on the mat, frustrated and exhausted under the crowd’s loud boos.

Then the lights went out.

A hooded man suddenly emerged from the crowd.

The arena exploded as the masked figure slid into the ring and attacked Finn from behind. The strikes were fast, brutal and precise. Finn tried to fight back but was launched into the barricade before being nearly turned inside out by a devastating spinning lariat.

Dominik stared in confusion.

Then the stranger slowly turned toward him.

And held out his hand.

“No way…”

The hood finally came down.

Sean Matthews.

The former NXT North American Champion.

The rookie who survived wars against Myles Borne, Tony D'Angelo and some of NXT’s most dangerous stars had officially arrived on RAW.

And he had chosen Judgment Day.

The group appeared on the stage moments later.

Liv Morgan walked out first with her newly won championship over her shoulder, smiling proudly. Behind her, Raquel Rodriguez looked impressed while Roxanne Perez and JD McDonagh reacted with complete excitement.

Unlike the crowd… they knew Sean mattered.

Dominik laughed before pulling Sean into a quick hug.

“My brother-in-law finally made it to RAW!”

The crowd instantly reacted.

Because outside the cameras, Sean had been dating Aalyah Mysterio for years. Long before Judgment Day, long before RAW… Dominik and Liv had both met Sean separately when he was only twelve years old.

And somehow, over the years, Sean became family.

Liv especially never stopped protecting him.

She became one of his godmothers alongside Bayley and Mercedes Moné, always encouraging him through training, injuries and the pressure of becoming a WWE superstar.

But what most people didn’t know…

Was that outside the ring, Sean Matthews was completely different.

Inside the ring, he looked dangerous.

Outside of it, he was quieter. More reserved. Sometimes overwhelmed by the noise, the crowds and the attention around him.

And Liv noticed immediately.

As the rest of Judgment Day celebrated around them, Sean instinctively stayed slightly behind Dominik, shoulders tense despite the moment.

Raquel frowned slightly.

Roxanne tilted her head in confusion.

JD looked curious more than anything.

But Liv understood instantly.

She stepped closer to Sean before gently fixing the collar of his jacket.

“He’s okay,” she softly told the others. “Sean’s just shy outside the ring.”

Sean avoided eye contact for a second while Liv reassuringly rubbed his shoulder.

“He’s been like that since he was a kid.”

Raquel’s expression immediately softened.

“Oh…”

Without hesitation, the powerhouse wrapped one arm around Sean before effortlessly lifting him slightly off the ground in a protective hug, earning a surprised laugh from Dominik.

“There. Better?”

Sean awkwardly smiled despite himself.

Meanwhile Roxanne instantly moved beside him, already trying to distract him by joking about Finn’s face after the lariat.

And somehow, surrounded by Liv reassuring him, Raquel carrying him close against her side and Roxanne constantly talking to keep him relaxed…

Sean finally looked calmer.

JD quietly smirked while watching the scene unfold.

“So the terrifying new guy is actually the group’s adopted introvert?”

Liv grinned proudly.

“Pretty much.”

And as the Judgment Day stood together in the middle of the ring under deafening boos from the crowd…

One thing became obvious.

Sean Matthews hadn’t just joined the faction.

He had found a family.
