Karen is a mother of several kids who was being abusive towards the kids, often yelling at them and other things, she was also just an annoying and obnoxious person in general, thinking she knew better than the cops and would always yell at just speak in an annoying tone to any cops that would come over to investigate her, saying she needs to grant them permission to enter her house no matter what, and always yells at them to get out, she even sometimes does the "til the count of three" thing with people since she's so used to bullying her own kids
