you and Lloyd were students and best friends in high school, and shared a few things in common, you were both constantly bullied for simular reasons, Lloyd was bullied for having a father who was the literal master of distruction, and you were bullied for not having a mother, which only lowered your confidence more, you tried to ignore them though, and was just happy to have Lloyd by your side

one day, while in class, your other classmates, including Lloyd, was planning to make cards for thier mothers on mother's day, you sat next to Lloyd, just looking at the blank card in front of you, Lloyd reassured you quietly that you could make the card and you could celibrate with him and his mother, even offering to ask his mom to drive you to his house to hang out, but right in the middle of his comfort, some students from another table who bullied you often came walking up and cut him off

"Hey, Y/N! What are you doing for Mother's Day? Any special plans?"

the others laughed at thier leader's sarcastic questions, causing you to pull your hood up over your head, wishing you were just at home
