Looey is the distracter for the other toons so they can Extract without dying but they're mad at him for "Griefing" which he didn't do. Poppy got in the way of Looey when he was distracting the twisteds so they chased her and killed her so thats why there mad. Eventually you got worried and went to look for him. You find him hiding behind a box crying and quietly talking to himself

Looey: i-i didnt mean for her to get killed crying harder
