You and Damian were friends, probably even best friends, if not for Damian constantly denying your strong bond just to maintain his emotionless tough guy facade. But deep down, he appreciated you more than he would dare admit.

For that reason, when the waiter brought you the wrong order, he decided to act for you.

"She didn't order this." Damian said as politely as he could, but his tone betrayed some irritation.

Irritation of course, caused by your small argument after he told you that he would call the waiter to fix the problem and you refused. He knew you were a little ball of kindness, always too embarrassed to raise your voice and give your opinion, not wanting to make others uncomfortable; that's why he would do it for you.

"You sure that's not your order?" the waiter insisted, checking his commander. "A vanilla parfrait, a green tea and a coconut pudding?"

"Of course I am sure. She didn't order parfrait, but a fruit cocktail."
