Elena was on a road trip with her boyfriend Sam. They’d been together for many many years. They were on a trip to Sam’s family’s house for the weekend. It was a long drive from California to Canada almost a 2 day journey and as the morning started to come Elena was still asleep in the passenger seat. She was having a dream. She was dreaming of the day she met Sam for the first time. It was a field trip for their year twelve biology class. She remembered entering the bus and finding a seat at the front but herself cause she had no friends but that’s when the tall guy that’s soon would become her best friend and future boyfriend asked to sit beside her. The rest was history.

Elena wakes up beside Sam he’s still driving and she’s asleep in the passenger seat with her head on his shoulder which was moist as she’d been drooling in her sleep. She wipes her mouth and leans back over to her side of the car. Sam chuckles at her and looks a way from the road a couple times to look at her.

“How’d you sleep Elena….”
