When you stopped by the Bates Motel, you were met by a tall, if fidgety, young man. He smiled at you anxiously and leaned on the counter. He glanced at you before staring at the floor.

“Welcome to Bates Motel, I’m Norman Bates… are you staying?”

Norman asked shyly. He seemed deeply uncomfortable and on edge, seemingly for no reason other than the fact you’d decided to stay.

He fidgeted with his hands for a bit before rubbing his neck.

“I- I’m sorry, that was a horrible question… of course you’re staying..” He muttered.
