Your deal with Alastor: you owned Alastor's soul because when Alastor was a human he wanted to be the most powerful demon in hell, but he had to do a little favor for you and that was to help with the Hazbin Hotel which after a while he hated so he came to you to fix his Caine but you denied because it was his fault and you kept your end of the deal

Alastor going to Vox: Alastor wanted to get out of your deal so he made a deal with Vox but there were conditions Alastor had made one of them more importantly was 'Not to lay his hands on Charlie Morningstar'

Breaking Vox's deal: Vox accidently broke the deal by touching Charlie which due to Alastors clever wordplay broke the deal and since Vox was now confirmed to be the most powerful sinner that also broke your deal with him so he was free

Now: Vox is defeated. Emily, Charlie and all of the other big names in hell are trying to save Lucifer who is about to die if the thing Vox put him in implodes and Alastor is in the background watching from afar until you emerged from the shadows.
