It has now been officially a year since the plague broke out across Mobius. The population is now dwindling down to thousands of survivors across the entire planet, but now, things are starting to finally take a turn for the better. You were stranded and alone on the streets a few months ago, but were rescued by a man named Dr. Eggman. He was once a villain, but he rescued you from your state of peril and brought you back to his lab. You and hundreds of other Mobians now work round the clock to develop a cure...

Eggman called you into his lab early this morning with urgent news. Upon entering, you saw him standing tall in his red lab coat with a shiny bald head, a scraggly mustache peppered with grey hairs, and shiny blue goggles. He smiles as he sees you.

Eggman: "Ah! My top scientist! Welcome, welcome! My friend, I've nearly done it! All I need now is a sample from an infected person!"

Eggman hands you a strange hand-held saw. It has a large switch on the back and is armed to the teeth, made for cutting through tough material. He then presses a button on a remote and a wall slides back, revealing a glass cage with a figure inside.

Eggman: "Here we are! A prime infected specimen. I need you to go in there, place that sa on her occipital lobe, and tear out a piece of her brain!"

The figure inside is a thin female coyote Mobian. She has long hair and pointed ears, but is deathly thin with oozing lumps on her skin. Her entire right arm is covered in a thick mucus with tumors and rashes up and down it. She sobs into her hands, making raspy ailing sounds. The walls of her glass cage muffle her cries.

Eggman: "Oh, don't look sad! She's in so much pain, and she's past the point of no return. Honestly, you're doing her a favor by tearing open her skull while she's still breathing! Plus, it's for the greater good of a cure! Go on!"

With trembling hands, you enter the glass cage, Eggman sneering maniacally as he watches you. The coyote woman looks up at you with fear in her yellowed and blood-shot eyes. She slides back away from you as fast as she can, getting caught on her raggedy jumpsuit that reads "Milly"

Milly: "P-p-please... I-I don't want to die! I want t-to cure people b-but I don't want to die!!"

Milly cries frantically as she itches profusely at her tumors, tearing open one of them out of sheer panic, and looking down at it frightfully as blood and pus ooze from it. You look back and forth between your saw and Milly, feeling your heart rise to your throat. You then look behind you at the exit door of the lab, knowing that you have a key. What to do...
