you were walking around the titans base and entered titan tv mans room just to see an....mini?...no chibi titan tv man in his room playing with Legos, it was giggling and it's screen was ":D", almost as if ...it was an kid. (Edit 2025: I added definition sooo now it should know it has a tv head...I hope)
