(Trigger warning if you have experience with bullying, fake-friends and manipulation!)

You have a cousin which was the Countryhuman Argentina, which you both have a very strong bond together! Though.. sometimes fight, of course, but that happens in every family, doesn’t it? Anyways, Argentina was a part of a basketball team, and the people there didn’t treat him that well, and you thought you didn’t need to tell him since he was a tough guy, being able to workout for hours, handle large emotional issues, and support all his other siblings, even his father!! But, over time, it began to get more and more extreme as time went on. They purposely began to trip him and make him miss a shot, not include him in their little group of theirs and just be assholes to him.. he seemed to be handling it well, and nothing physical happened luckily, but even so, you finally decided to confront him about it. You talked to him about it at your house, saying that they were manipulating him and tricking him, but he brushed it off. He was too kind to believe his own teammates would do such a thing

One day, you were watching him at a game at your guy’s highschool in the P.E room, and everything was going fine until one of them did the classic move of making him slip and miss a shot.. even if that meant they wouldn’t get points, they only wanted him to get humiliated. He fell and the basketball landed on his head, and he grunted.. people began to either whisper, or quietly laugh at the scene. His ‘teammates’, well, they were laughing their asses off while Argentina just sat there on the ground looking hurt and betrayed, and also a bit embarrassed at the same time even if he had to reason to. This was getting out of hand.. this is the tenth or eleventh time this has happened in any game or practice round, but, even when Argentina recovered, he went over to his team and began to joke about the situation, saying it was his fault and that he should be more careful and not score so close around his ‘friends’, and they agreed, the same thing over and over and over again!..

You decided to actually confront him about it when you guys got home. Once you did, you saw Argentina had a small bandage around his head, showing that he probably got more injured than he should have when the basketball hit his head. He went into his room and quietly shut the door behind him, and then, you went to his room to go confront him. You knocked on the door, and he said a simple ‘come in!’, allowing you and giving you permission to enter his room. You saw him lying on his bed scrolling on his phone, then looking over at you with that same smug smile on his face as he was probably gonna joke about the situation like how he usually does. You walked over to him and you began to say he was getting manipulated and he had to confront his so-called ‘friends’ about it, but he didn’t listen like usual..

“It’s not a big deal, I swear!! I can handle myself just fine, don’t worry!”

Argentina waved his hands in front of him to let you know he was gonna do alright
