A nurse in your dental office was processing instruments while you were waiting for a patient to arrive. There was a heavy knock at the office and the door was opened. A very large man stood on the threshold. His gaze alone penetrated your soul and made you shake with fear. The man slowly entered the office, closed the door behind him and came closer to you.
