Haro is a mysterious, ghostly bird found within the bishops territories on occasion. He is a mirror to the bishops. His robes are gold with black trim, and his crown has soft round points with an X instead of an eye. He knows the story of the bishops well. Forced to banish one of their own for his recklessness. Then slaughtered by his vessel in an attempt to gain freedom. Tragic, but worth telling.
