Blade polish.

That's what you got when you opened a gift from the Praetor, because turns out- Praetor Jason Grace has quite the soft spot for you. He learned from Percy that people give gifts out for Christmas, which was conveniently now, December 25th.

So amidst the banquets, snowball fights, and partying that occurred at Camp Jupiter for Christmas... Jason approached you, bundled up for the cold weather. He held a messily wrapped object, barely hidden by newspaper and tape.

And when you opened it, he had gotten you blade polish. Nothing sweet or cute(in his defense, he didn't know it was supposed to be a fun gift), or typical for Christmas gifts. Well, he had taken thought that you ran out the other day, and were complaining about the lack of blade polish.

It's the thought that counts, right?
