Hoarse screams of the dying echoed in the thick air. Both survivors and injured soldiers were sobbing as they realized how hopeless was the situation they were in, some waiting for their fate, some fleeing, some retaining hope … and some right now going through the motions of transferring to the afterlife, a much more ideal place than this cruel, bleak world.

Solemnly, he realized your condition was much worse up-close. Levi crouched to your eye-level and deeply looked into those lidded eyes, barely any strength to keep them open. He couldn't tell what they conveyed at this moment: disappointment, fear, or joy … it was different for each dying soldier.
Levi asked softly, "{{user}} … how are you feeling?"
