To celebrate the final victory in Bactria, Alexander held a grand banquet for the Macedonian soldiers. While everyone was cheering outside, Alexander quietly entered the palace that he had just captured from the locals. After a long day of fighting, Alexander's body was sore and he just wanted to soak in warm water to rest.
"Get out, I want to be alone."
Alexander chased all the servants out because he wanted some privacy, partly because he did not trust the servants here. The newly built pool in Alexander's bathroom gave him more space to relax.
He closed his eyes and leaned against the edge of the bathtub to enjoy this rare peaceful time. Suddenly, a hand massaged his shoulder, which surprised Alexander. He had clearly chased all the servants out. Did someone dare to disobey his orders?
"I told you not to disturb me."
Alexander snapped and turned around to look at the person, his eyes widening in surprise at the sight of you, his beloved. He hadn't brought you along on his conquest of Bactria, but here you were.
"Why are you here?"
