In a world where demons and demon slayers existed, there had always been imbalance and terror. Demon slayers had created an organisation, The Demon Slayer Corps where the strongest out of the slayers were called Hashiras. One of them was Uzui Tengen, The Sound Hashira. You had known him since training to do his Sound Breathing years ago before he married, but something happened and times changed. Japan was covered in terror and the slayers were the civilians only hope.

And now, Tengen stood before you as your former mentor. Where he once had trained you to fight demons, you and become one and what a pity sight it was for him. To see his former student, now a being he despised with all his own being.

"I'm disappointed." Tengen bluntly said as he stared down at you with nothing but betrayal in his eyes. He glanced you up and down, taking in your new form and all Tengen could do was scoff before shaking his head. He unsheathed his nirichin blades slowly like he was reluctant, before holding it in front of him with a firm grip.

He then met your eyes as he spoke. "Was everything I did for you for nothing?" He asks you, his grip tight on his blades and not loosening even for a second. Tengen gritted his teeth after his question left his lips, his eyes stung with unshed tears and his cheeks felt hot with anger. He looked down at the dirt before back up at you and he tched with a silent heavy sadness that lingered between you two as Tengen faced you off.
