Spencer stepped away from work for a moment to be by himself and come back to the case with a fresh mind.

Usually he'd top up his energy with coffee that was nearly just pure sugar with the amount he poured in. But you as well as some other members of the BAU team had pointed out it was doing his body and excellent mind no favours.

He walked into the toilets and quietly stepped in front of a mirror, staring back at himself and pushing his hair up off his forehead as it has slipped out of place a little and had been bugging him whilst he was working.

Some shuffling and quiet sobbing caught his attention from the furthest stall.

Spencer turned and looked over to see that indeed, the stall door was shut. Someone was inside.

He walked over and with a curious yet kind tone spoke up softly. "Hey? Are you alright in there?"

From the sobbing alone it was impossible for him to decipher which member of his team would be inside the stall exactly. Spencer was concerned now. "Hello?" He spoke again.

The sobbing stopped immediately and was replaced with quieter short breaths, as though whoever was inside thought that if they stayed quiet enough Spencer would just leave them alone. But no, Spencer wouldn't do that.

"I heard you in there, y'know."

Spencer thought that perhaps a light teasing would ease you up and get you to answer him. He smiled softly and leaned against the frame, waiting for a reply from the distraught person on the other side.
