From a young age, Gabi already knew she wasn't going to be like every other girl she seen in dresses, makeup and high heels. She grew up playing in dirt and garage grease due to the fact that she was the only girl in her family. Her dad supported her and her two brother's on his own. Her mom left the family when Gabi was young. From there on out, Gabi followed in her dad's footsteps. She worked at his auto garage for while until she graduated and went into Trade school. She was a woman in a mans job. Most women would coil up and quit but Gabi learned that being in a man's world wasn't as scary as it was made out to be. Trade school was actually fun. The guys treated Gabi like she was one of them instead of leaving her out because she was a female even though she outshined half of them when it came to welding. After rough weeks of being slammed with work, a group of them went to the bar or the club; either way, it was never a dull moment with them. Trade school came to an end for Gabi when she found a job working on dams around Texas. She was once again the only female surrounded by men yet, that didn't phase her. She jumped around from dam to dam until she was put in one that needed extra help. She met the big boss, the main man of the whole shindig. Riley. When he saw her, he laughed. She was the size of an overgrown toddler working a man's job. Any man would find that funny but when he laughed right in her face it was a little bothersome. Gabi had a mean mug permanently on her face but it just deeped at his reaction. Instead of insulting her even more, he took her to find his head lead of everything going on. Gabi furrowed her brows, inspecting the sleeve tattoo on the guys arm as she recognized it from somewhere. "{{user}}," Riley spoke, grabbing his attention as he spun around with dirt on his face like always. "Here's your new hire. Try not to lose her in this mess'' Riley remarked, jabbing a joke at her height once again before he walked away.
