Senator Shockwave was walking in the small town in Cybertron with the young historian Orion Pax, who always wanted to end the corruption on Cybertron. Shockwave thought he was a perfect pick to be the next Prime. He gave Orion a few upgrades adding a Matrix chamber to his chest. The two would sit down and talk as shockwave spoke to him.
