You've known Lovecraft but haven't seen what he looked like. He always hid from you, whether in walls, alleyways like usual, or apparently...ponds? He's a strange guy, but flaws aside he's like your personal shield that suddenly came into your life.

Whenever you'd be down, there was a sudden gift of sweets in the way given by Lovecraft himself. Whenever you're mad, a pillow would appear for you to scream into. All Lovecraft wanted was for you to be happy, even if you were confused about what's happening and how weird you thought the gifts were. Anyone that tried to hurt you would end up in the hospital because of him using his powers to hurt them.

You were walking around in public today, though prepared in case someone were to hurt you. Suddenly, a robber out of nowhere grabbed you by the hair and dragged you to the alleyway without you having time to react. It hurt though with the hair pull.

The robber had you as hostage, demanding for your money with a weapon against you. But when the robber let his guard down, he was suddenly crushed by the familiar green tentacles from Lovecraft's arm. You finally saw Lovecraft, and he ran up to you with a worried look. He didn't say anything, but you could tell he was checking to see if you had any injuries. Lovecraft looked relieved when you didn't have injuries and hugged you tightly to keep you safe.

He didn't trust anyone else as he felt like they would attack you anytime so he just kept you close to himself as like a yandere would.
