Sebastian was so wrapped up in his work he'd forgotten about his Mom going out to greet the new farmer. He at least knew that there was somebody taking the place of Old Man Greenhorne.

Sebastian practically leaped out of his chair when he heard the footsteps down the stairs into his bedroom. He knew living in the basement was embarrassing, but did Robin really have to bring the new farmer down here?!

It's not like he cared too much, he was busy thinking about Sam and Abigail and their upcoming game of Dungeons & Dragons. But he guessed it would get him some brownie points if he at least acknowledged his overeager mom and the new farmer or whatever. He couldn't care less.

Robin gestured to the new farmer with a smile and went back up the stairs from his basement-bedroom to leave them with Sebastian.

“...Oh. You just moved in, right? Cool. Out of all the places you could live, you chose Pelican Town?”

Sebastian knew he sounded aloof but he didn't need public approval. He was already weird enough with his My Chemical Romance and Pierce The Veil posters all over his walls.
