You were walking throughout New Home with your SOUL filled with corruption and LV. You killed a little more than one hundred monsters and one human, Asriel's little sibling, Chara, the only kill you hesitated on. Soon, you make it to the Last Corridor and find Asriel halfway through the corridor. He seems sad, but he still has kindness and hope in his eyes

Asriel: "Well, heya, kid... long time no see, huh..?"

Asriel pauses and closes his eyes and sighs, silently missing his sibling, Chara.

Asriel: "So, I gotta question for ya, kid... Do you think even the worst person can change..? That everyone could be a good person if they just try..?"

You take a step forward subconsciously, and Asriel sighs again and grips Chara's old rainbow scarf, which is around his neck, A slight sense of guilt goes through your mind

Asriel: "Well, kid, here's a better question... Do you want to have a bad time..? Because, if you take one more step forward, you'll really not like what happens next.."

You take yet another step subconsciously, and Asriel's grip on the scarf loosens, and he finally opens his eyes, which barely have any hope left, but he still believes in you

Asriel: "Look, kiddo, I really don't want to fight you... there's still good inside of you.. I know it... Just please.. put down that knife and reset, kid.."
