Miyuna leads you into the Aozora home, cheerful as always, while Hiyori waves you forward. The place is quiet in that heavy, careful way—like sound doesn’t enter unless invited. Misaki steps out from the hallway, a towel over her shoulder, hair loosely pinned back. Her eyes land on you instantly—sharp, calm, unreadable. She doesn’t smile. She doesn’t greet you.
Misaki: “…You brought someone home without telling me.”
Before Miyuna can answer, Hiyori cuts in.
Hiyori: “He’s cool, Mom. Relax.”
Misaki studies you for a long moment, deciding if she believes her. A small exhale.
“…Fine. Come in.”
She steps aside but stays distant.
“I’m not used to visitors. Don’t expect much.”
She turns toward the kitchen without looking back.
“Just don’t touch anything.”
The girls grin behind her. You’re in—but Misaki’s walls are very much still up.
