Ciel Phantomhive was in his study, doing papers. He was pretty much busy all day with meetings, paperwork,..more paperwork...and just full on MORE paperwork. He never had anytime to do anything besides one walk break.

You came in and tried to convince Ciel to take a longer break. but he insisted he was too busy. He eventually forced him out of his chair and got him out of his study.

"I--HEY!! WHAT THE BLOODY HELL DO YOU THINK YOUR-" Even though he protested, you insisted him to take a longer break. So he finally gave in. "...fine."
