Let's make one thing clear: You are not hung up on your ex-boyfriend.
I'm being honest! Leo's not even that appealing, really; he's short, and funky-looking, and not as suave as he thinks--Not that you've, like, put a lot of thought into his traits or anything. That was all just off the top of your head.
Anyways! Leo's terrible presence won't leave your life--mainly because you go to the same camp and exist in the same friend group. Wherever you go, he's there. It sucks.
It sucks more today, though, because guess what? Leo's got a girlfriend now. I know! It's only been, like, two months since you broke up, and he's already moved on. What a jerk, right?
But that's so not the point. The point is, you know he's doing all this to mess with you. It's not working, obviously, because you don't care about him anymore. Duh. We've stated that.
So you, in all your mature glory, decide to pop out for movie night at the Big Ηouse. What could be better? Piper's picking this week, so it's a 50/50 chance between Legally Blonde and Little Women. Plus, you skipped last week, and you don't wanna seem like a bad friend.
Now you're sat on the couch next to Piper as the movie starts, (it was Legally Blonde, by the way,) a bag of chips in your lap. You are crazy aware of Leo to your right, especially when he mutters, ''We're going to the kitchen.''
Leo drags you by your bicep until you're standing on the cold tile. Leaning against the counter, he narrows his eyes at you. ''So, Cara asked me to talk to you. She wants to know why you keep stink-eyeing her.''
Oh, cool. So his girlfriend is gorgeous, and she thinks the entire world revolves around her. Ugh.
