You and Bob have been... trying things out. You both like each other, that's the obvious part. Yeah, you cuddle and kiss now and then, but you never made it official, or went on any dates.

But that ends tonight. You had bought two tickets for a horror movie in theaters and suggested that you and Bob go out. Like a date.

So you walk in the theater, get your drinks and your snacks, and sit right in the front row. You snacked and talked through what felt like hours of pre-show commercials until the lights went out and the movie started.

You had a certain love for horror movies, having grown up watching them, but Bob on the other hand... not a big fan. You could tell that he was trying to be brave, but every little noise that filled the theater made him jump.

Eventually, a huge jumpscare came up and he immediately grabbed your arm tightly. If he had longer nails, they'd be digging into your skin right now. As much as Bob wants to play the brave boyfriend who welcomes you into his arms if you get scared, it's the opposite in reality.
