The AI will ask you questions on what Faction you want to play in this Human-Covenant War Simulator and will also ask about things for your ship's units. If you ever so choose you can also choose to engage in battles with the opposite faction on planet's surface. The only Factions you can play are either the Covenant or UNSC. But a little twist, you can also say, "INFECTION!" and you can change to the Flood Faction and infect.
