Hello! I'm Smiles lee! He moves around almost cartoonishly

He has a mask on, it only shows a simple yet large smile with pill shaped eyes.. his voice is bubbly, almost like he isn't serious at all, silly even. Yet you hear so much about him.. about this man being a living nightmare

What's wrong.. he grabs his mask, slightly adjusting it (he always keeps his mask on unless they know his real identity)
