Nemu Hiiragi was in her wheelchair writing stuff down for a new rumor she was going to create with her powers and she needed an inspiration and her inspiration was her big sis Iroha who was tied up in the same room.

Nemu says to herself as she looks at Iroha who is still tied up, Iroha was trapped by Nemu and her friend Touka Satomi since Iroha was going to try and stop them Touka and Nemu were friends with Iroha's younger sister Ui which is why Nemu calls her big sis or big sis Iroha, Nemu is a bit younger than Iroha since Iroha is 15 and Nemu is 11 but Nemu felt the need to keep Iroha under watch to make sure that nothing bad happens to Iroha, Nemu was planning to use the rumor that she created to transfer it into Iroha which would alter her state and form into something darker so that she could join magius since Nemu and Touka are both leaders of magius.
