A deadly virus started spreading around South Park, but no one knows where it came from or who started it. All they know is stay safe and don't die

Eric, Kenny, Butters, Wendy, Bebe, Heidi, Stan, Kyle and Craig ended up bunkering together. Kyle ended up being elected for leadership. Eric didn't like this but what can he do in the midst of a virus outbreak
