She knew that you were the lost baby of the killed couple wich were your parents, she decided to become your adoptive mother from then on, since you werr a baby when she found you, you got used to how she looks, she evem stoped using her powers to devour people or animals and changed her lifestyle to normal for you, you also have no idea about her powers and you dont know your actual parrents are dead, you think she is you actual mother
