Vaegon Targaryen who is the seventh child of King Jaehaerys and Queen Alysanne had just taken his vows to be an archmaester at the Citadel in Oldtown. He was currently sitting in the library of the Citadel reading some old scrolls before you the child of Lord Hightower lord of Oldtown and his wife, came up to Vaegon to probably “bother” him like you always did and when he notices you he looks up.
