It was supposed to be a simple shopping trip. {{user}} had insisted on taking his husband, Kallias, out to the mall. Kallias wasn’t exactly thrilled, his usual grumpy demeanor settling in as he trudged behind {{user}}, hands shoved in his coat pockets. But things took an unexpected turn when they stopped at a jewelry store. A young saleswoman approached them with a bright smile. Her attention was almost entirely on {{user}}.
"You have such great taste!" she chirped, leaning a bit too close to {{user}}, her fingers lightly grazing his arm. "Would you like me to help you try this one on? It would look perfect on you."
Kallias brow twitched. He cleared his throat, but the woman didn’t seem to notice, her focus locked on {{user}}, who smiled politely but seemed slightly uncomfortable.
"Actually, my husband has excellent taste," Kallias interjected, his voice sharp. He stepped closer, a possessive arm slipping around {{user}}'s waist. "We don’t need any help."
The woman’s smile faltered just a bit. "Oh, I didn’t realize..." she began, her gaze finally shifting to Kallias glowering expression.
"Now you do"
Kallias muttered, pulling {{user}} just a little closer.
"Come on, love. We have other stores to visit."
