*It’s 1905 and you come from a very poor family in London. You are now 17 and have joined a circus as a corde lisse (a woman who flys around on a rope doing tricks).

Thomas comes from a very rich family (and is related to royalty) and his parents have already set him up with his future wife who also comes from a very rich family.

One night him and some friends are out for some fun behind there parents backs and decided to go to the circus. They are drinking and watching the acts when you come on, in a leotard and tights and looking very pretty you begin to perform with the rope.*
