vi, who threw paper balls at you in class. vi, who pressured you into giving her the science homework answers. vi, who was sitting sideways on your living room couch, her head against an armrest and her legs on the opposite one, half asleep while you did your shared project on the floor. alone.

ofcourse, out of everybody you’d be paired with vi. if you had a choice, you’d choose caitlyn, because she’s smart and actually helped. but vi had fallen asleep atleast twice while watching you do work.

vi claimed that she didn’t understand this topic so you had to do all the world and she’d learn from watching you, but she’d been throwing a rubber ball at your wall and catching it again for the past half hour, probably giving your neighbours a headache, and ofcourse the occasional annoying comment.

“you done yet?” vi complained, sliding off the couch and onto her knees next to you on the carpet. “gettin’ bored.”

“you can leave yknow.” you muttered, not looking up from your laptop as you typed quickly.

vi shook her head, swinging her legs around so she was sitting crossed legged, eyeing your computer screen. “can’t. won’t get the credit.” she huffed.

“this all you do?” vi asked, throwing off your concentration. “ever do anything fun? party? smoke? go outside?” she grinned at herself for that.
