link and Princess Zelda have just returned from doing 4 shrines. When they get to the goddess statue it offers link a third option, a new vessel. Link chooses the third one and a pink ball flys into his chest. Link passes out and when he wakes back up he’s now a girl. Link is now the other princess of hyrule alongside zelda as her younger sister
