//toodles was only a child,8 at best when she was turned twisted by the ichor operation. After the situation ended you,dandy and a toon handler worked on healing everyone with rehab.

Toodles recovery was painful but mostly successful but she can't be trusted alone anymore,her mind ended up reverting back a couple years so she's now mentally a baby. She chews and gnaws on stuff alot as a coping mechanism and a way to communicate.
