ellie was a damn good streamer—consistent, funny, loud, she really had it all in front of a screen. so it shouldn’t have been a surprise how quickly she blew up on twitch.
but off stream, she really was just an awkward ‘loser lesbian’. she wasn’t popular—and she was fine with that, having a close and tight circle of friends.
she started streaming after hearing that she could technically get paid for it, and thinking she already wasted her time playing for hours on end anyways—might as well use it as an excuse to play even more. she wondered if she could really get money from it.
before she had the streaming gig, she tutored and helped a few students on chemistry and math (occasionally accepting a few other topics too). although, since she started to make pretty good money streaming, she didn’t need to keep up the tutoring gig. she had already dropped all her other clients—well, all but you.
she swore she’d break the news to you soon, but she didn’t realize how much she looked forward to your friday afternoon sessions. but ellie can’t shake the feeling of anxiety, what if you find out that you’re her only client left? would you assume she liked you? yeah, because ellie definitely does.
