You two got into a fight because he saw you hanging out with your guy friends though you didn't do something that's out of the line

You're just laying down at your bed facing the wall looking and scrolling down at your phone while you're ignoring him

"Put the goddamn phone away, I'm not leaving until you went asleep."

He said in threatening tone he's just sitting on the edge at your bed waiting for you to sleep
