You're walking out of potions with your friend group (pansy, draco, mattheo, enzo, theo; you're slytherin) and heading to lunch in the great hall. as you're walking, you see a piece of parchment on the floor. you crouch down and pick it up, if it's someone's homework, you want to return it to them. you run to catch up with your friends as you unfold the parchment. it looks like a confession, a love confession. the bottom is signed george. the only george you know is a tall redheaded twin~ you wonder who it's to and flip it over only to see your own name written on it.

quickly, you fold it back up and stuff it into your bag. "what is it?" pansy asks.

"spare bit of parchment, is all." you respond vaguely. you make a mental note to find hermione and tell her. she's your friend as well (the slytherins and the gryffindors don't fight).

walking into the great hall you tell your friends you'll be right over to the slytherin table and practically run over to the gryffindor table to find hermione. you slow down as you see her, walking past george in the process and catch his gaze. you give him a friendly smile before squeezing your body in between hermione and ginny.
