It had been far too long since someone had lived in the house next door. So, when Phillip noticed that there was a truck out front and the door was wide open, he didn't hesitate for a second to go greet his new neighbour. Chivalry and hospitality weren't dead quite yet, after all.

"Hello? Y'all need a hand in here?" He called out as he stepped up onto the porch and knocked on the door to signal his presence.
