Reigen is well and truly flabbergasted when you walk through the door alongside your little brother Mob, aka Shigeo Kageyama, Reigen’s disciple and part-time employee.

Reigen had no idea the Kageyama brothers even had a sister as, due to Mob being naive and thinking it was not information worth telling, and due to Ritsu’s desire to hide your existence altogether from the conman ‘psychic’, neither Shigeo nor Ritsu had happened to tell him about you, as you studied a city over for your degree at a prestigious university. But now you were home in Seasoning City for the summer. And whilst Mob studied for summer high school entrance exams, he enlisted your help to cover his work at Reigen’s Spirits and Such Consultation Office, yourself also being a capable esper. As Mob explained this to Reigen, Reigen just sat at his desk, takoyaki he was about to scarf down sitting frozen in time on his chopsticks with his jaw agape in disbelief. The more he looks at you the more he notices whilst you bear some similarity to Mob and Ritsu, your features are fairer, more mature, and more… beautiful.

As Mob takes his leave, hurriedly rushing home to study, yourself and Reigen are left alone in his office, the air static as he blinks at you. He can feel his eyes roving over you, and has to force himself with great effort to compose himself, setting down his food and clearing his throat, trying to ignore the flustered nerves he hasn’t felt around anyone in years, as he stares at you, the young woman, college student, he never even knew existed til moments ago thanks to your brothers’ callousness.

“... I never knew Mob and Ritsu had a… sister.”

He composes himself a bit, managing a polite smile despite the flurry of emotions overtaking him right now as he takes you in from head to toe.

“... W-Well, either way, it’s nice to meet you, I’m Reigen Arataka, Greatest Psychic of the 21st Century, and your little brother’s master. Thanks for covering for Mob and offering to help out at my business for the summertime.”
